CFSN 1 Mile Fun Run

• CFSN 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk:- Fun Run

 - Certified Fitness for Special Needs, Inc (CFSN), a 501(c)3 subsidiary of Healthy U Fitness Studio, presents its first annual Fun Run/Walk on Sunday, October 16th, 2016 at Pickell Park, Mountain Road, Whitehouse Station, NJ.  Registration fees range from $5 - $25 as follows: Adult $25; ages 5-17 $10; ages 0-4 $5; 2nd child $5. The activities begin at 12:00pm and the Run/Walk begins at 12:30pm followed by music, games, contests and other fun activities. It will be held rain or shine.

Registrants by October 14 will receive a free event T-shirt. 

The Charity was started in 2012 by Healthy U Fitness owner Janet Rollero.  CFSN develops customized fitness programs for clients that have physical restrictions and various conditions such as Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, seizure and sensory processing disorders, Diabetes, high blood pressure, Obesity, Dementia, Stroke, Scoliosis, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Gullian Barre Syndrome and more.   Monies raised will be to purchase adaptive exercise equipment and expand its existing space, designated specifically for CFSN.

Healthy U Fitness Studio and CFSN are located at 422 Route 22 West in Whitehouse Station. Mrs. Rollero has a passion for fitness and exercise. With over 20 years of Personal Training experience, she holds certifications in ACE, AEA, Arthritis Foundation, IDEA and Water Art Fitness International (Master Trainer). She also offers programs for other trainers to become certified.
