                                Run For Life/Zephyrhills Pregnancy Care Center of Zephyrhills

Run For Life, a community event to benefit the non-profit Zephyrhills Pregnancy Care Center, which helps over 500 women in crisis in our community annually, and their children, is scheduled for December 3, 2016.  This event will begin on 5^th Ave., near the Main Street Stage; race day registration begins at 7 a.m.; 5k starts at 8:30; 1 mi. Fun Run starts at 9:15.  Everyone is invited to be a part of this event.  There will be free face painting for kids, live music with Dean Johnson & Friends, and last chance tickets with donation for 3 raffles:  a one hour massage by Touch Bodywork, LLC, a complimentary housecleaning by Cleaning With Care, a new St. Augustine A/E guitar donated by Dean Johnson’s Music. Trophies, medals, and ribbons will go to top finishers. There will be a chance for some giveaways for registered participants from Cracker Barrel, Village Inn, Ruby Tuesday, Outback, Texas Roadhouse Grill, Smokehouse Bbq & Grill, Blackstones Reef and Grill, Panera Bread , Golden Corral, Dominoes Pizza, Island Breeze Cuban Café, Rack Room Shoes, and of course post-race refreshments.

We have RFID chip timing this year dontated by Run For Life Race Timing! (813 453 9219) We are a USATF sanctioned event. 

Runners, walkers, and virtual runners (those supporting the cause, but won’t take part physically) who register will be receive an event t-shirt as long as they last.   Registration forms can be picked up at the Z’hills Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, FL Retroflex Fitness, or can be received by contacting Roberta @813 453 9042 or [email protected]. Event details and schedule

Race Day Registration begins at 7:00 a.nl; 5k start is at 8:30; 1 mile fun run starts at 9:15. The courrse will be well marked (see route and parking info. in event description). The races will be RF chip timed this year. Live music and free face painting, along with free race participant refreshments, will take place after the races, and an awards ceremony will follow between 10 and 11:00. Please look for signs and race attendants to direct you to parking. Be sure to get your race bib with # at the race registration table. If you pre-registered, your packet with shirt will be waiting for you. Wear your favorite socially acceptable running attire, enjoy the friendly small town atmosphere, and feel great that you're being active for such a worthy cause.
