Come for the Run, stay for the animals. Join us for this chip timed 5K race through scenic Brookfield Zoo which will be decorated for the Holiday Season. Cost of the race includes admission to the Brookfield Zoo, parking, race T-shirt and post-race goodies.The Kids Dash and Walk in addition to the run, truly makes this an event for all ages and fitness levels. Get some exercise and enjoy the Brookfield Zoo while supporting the Greater LaGrange YMCA -an active and important not-for-profit organization.

Event details and schedule

Race day Registration 7:00am - 8:00am
5k Reindeer Run/Walk starts at 8:30am
Kids Reindeer Dash starts at 9:30am.
Mom & Dad both want to run? Sitting will be provided.

Please park in the North parking lot and enter the Zoo through the North Gate and head towards the Swan Pavilion.

- Thursday, December 1st, , Noon-6:45pm at Runner's Soul ( 5 S. La Grange Road, La Grange, IL 60525)
- Friday, December 2nd, 9am -6pm at Greater La Grange YMCA( 1100 E. 31st, La Grange Park, IL 60526)
