Join the coaches of Extra Mile Fitness Company for our 10K Training Program.
This 10 Week Program will get you to the starting line for a local Thanksgiving Day Race. You can choose between the Valpo Turkey Trot, Highland Pumpkin Plod or the Portage Turkey Trot. The program guides you through consistant running, introduction of good running form, core strength routines, introduction to interval training and build up of weekly long run.
Group Runs will take place from the Extra Mile on Monday & Wednesday evenings at 6 p.m. The training program will begin Monday, September 12th and conclude on Thursday, November 24th.
All abilities are welcome - nonrunners to runners looking to hit a goal time.
All participants will receive weekly emails, team shirt and entry into one of local turkey trots listed above.
