 - On Saturday, October 22ns 2016, NCHS will be hosting our 2nd annual Trek or Treat 5k and Wellness Expo at our NCHS San Marcos Health Center. Join us for a spooktacular day of fun including free flu shots (while suppies lasts), health screenings, interactive kid zones, child costume parade and much more!
