Welcome to the 4th annual Big Bear Turkey Trot presented by Open Air Big Bear! Celebrate Thanksgiving and EARN your turkey dinner with 3 , 6 , or 9 miles in Big Bear Lake California.

Turkey Trot Tradition
In anticipation of indulgent Thanksgiving feasts we participate in turkey trots to burn off calories before the big meal. First prize for winning is an actual turkey that the winners can use for his or her family’s Thanksgiving feast.

Family Event!
The Big Bear Turkey Trot is a great Family Event with fun and festive venue and three race distance options all on the same course making it easy for everybody to participate! Walk, Jog, or Trot!

Costume Contest!
Come ready to have fun and dressed in your best Bear or Turkey Costume…we’ve got prizes for the best costumes, and the fastest turkey and bear of the day!
