Crohn's Crusher Fun Run...

The Crohn's Crusher Fun Run/Walk will help to raise funds for the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America. All funds go directly to the foundation in support of our Team Challenge teammates training for the New Orleans Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon on February 5, 2017.

Enjoy a beautiful 5K & 10K out-and-back course through scenic Crissy Field with views of the Golden Gate Bridge! The race will begin and end at the Sports Basement, Presidio. The course will be marked, but roads will not be closed.

Your registration includes  a t-shirt, race bib and snacks as well as the knowledge that you're helping a good cause! Runners, walkers and everyone in-between are welcome!  Please note this is a fun run, and will not have official timing.

Registration includes:  A Crohn's Crusher t-shirt and entry to the race as well as snacks before and after the event.  
Walkers and runners of all levels are welcome to join for this event!  

BIB PICK-UP
T-shirts and bibs will be available for pick-up on Sunday, December 11th at 9:00am.

T-Shirt sizes are only guaranteed for participants who register before December 1st. After that, it is first-come, first-served.

Sports Basement Presidio

START TIME
The event will open at 9:00am on December 11th and the run will begin at 9:30 am.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
A beautiful out-and-back 5K & 10K course along the San Francisco Bay. The course will be marked. There will NOT be aid stations (water available at the Start/Finish). We will also have course leaders and volunteers running with the group.

TIMING
We will NOT be providing official timing. This event is strictly for fun - enjoyment will be officially enforced!

DOGS, STROLLERS, AND HEADPHONES
With all of these items, please let common sense and courtesy be your guide.
You are welcome to bring your dogs. They must be leashed. You are welcome to bring your stroller. You are welcome to listen to music, but you'd probably have more fun chatting up other participants. 

It is always your responsibility to be aware of your surroundings on the run or walk.
