Enjoy a scenic single-loop run starting and finishing at Twin Lakes Park in Sarasota.  Then, after the race,  unwind at a festive post race with music, costume contest, door prizes, and great beverages and noshes from our sponsors and suppporters.

  • Packet Pick-Up:  6:15 a.m. to 7:45   
  • Race Start:  8:00 a.m. 
  • Post-Race Celebration:  First Finisher until 10:00 a.m. 
  • Costume Contest:  9:15 a.m.

Directions & Parking: Twin Lakes Park 1/2 mile east of I-75 on Clark Road, ( I-75 exit 205) For parking, enter off Clark Road into Twin Lakes Park and follow parking directors signals. OR Proceed another 0.2 miles to Ibis Street. Turn right on Ibis Street, 0.3 miles, turn right into Twin Lakes Park and follow parking directors’ signals.

Registrations are non-refundable.  Timely transfers are allowed.  Visit www.theFrosty5K.com for more info.  Frosty 5K is a rain-or-shine event; however, the event organizers reserve the right to cancel the event due to severe, inclement weather, emergency,  natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers' control.  In the event of cancellation, there will be no refund of entry fees.

 Twin Lakes Park: Use caution when arriving and moving about the park.  Swales and low lying areas frequently contain standing water.  We recommend you stay on the designated sidewalks and footpaths.
