• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

TEAM COMPETITION:The top four (3) boy and top two (2) girl individual finishers from IllinoisandWisconsinintheHighSchool race constitute each state’s team. The scoringsystem is based on the total time of these 5finishers from each state. The winning team members will receive special championship long sleeve tech t-shirts.

 STATE SINGLETS: State singlets will be given to all entrants registered on or before Monday, November 7th. Late registrants will receive singlets will the supply lasts.

 AWARDS: Medals will be presented to the top eight M&F finishers in the 5K high school race. Medals go to the top three M&F in the Open (Under 40) & Master’s (40+) divisions of the5K Race. Medals will be given to the top five M&F in the 12 & U 3K.

Time/Distance:

9:30am - packet pick-up opens

10:30am - 3 Kilometer (12 & under, 13+)

11:15am - 5 Kilometer (High School Girls & Boys, Open & Masters)

COURSES: The UW-Parkside course is the site many major events every fall. The Foot Locker Cross Country Midwest Regional will be held on the UWP XC course on November 26th.       

PARKING: Please Park in the UW-Parkside Communication Arts lots. DO NOT PARK in Petrifying Springs lots – you will be ticketed!
