5th Annual Hangover Classic 5k Run...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Registration on the morning of the race will begin at 7:30 am at the Kereiakes Park Shelter for the 5k and will close at 9:00 am. Coffee and water will be available. Space heaters will also be placed throughout the shelter and finishing line.

Early Packet Pickup will be available at Nat's Sporting Goods, 1121 Wilkinson Trace, from 12:00 noon - 8:00 pm on Friday, December 30, 2016. Packets will also be available for pickup prior to the race from 7:30 am until 9:00 am.

The Hangover Classic 5k will begin at 10:00AM.

Race Goodies for the first 300 paid participants will include a one of a kind long-sleeve Hangover Classic t-shirt and plenty of other goodies!

Post-Race activities at the Park will feature snacks to all participants and prizes for overall male and female and 1st through 3rd finishers in the age groups below. All participants will be eligible for prize giveaways prior to the awards, must be present to win.

Post-Race Party will be hosted by the Bowling Green Junior Woman's Club at a local BG restaurant. Race participants will enjoy menu specials after the race by presenting a coupon included in the event goodie bag. 

Age Groups for Awards: 19 and under,

20 - 24, 50 - 54

25 - 29, 55 - 59

30 - 34, 60 - 64

35 - 39, 65 - 69

40 - 44, 70 and over

45 - 49

Proceeds from the Hangover Classic will benefit the Down Syndrome of South Central Kentucky (DSSKY). DSSKY’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with Down syndrome and their families by providing support, information, education, resources, networking, and activities, while advocating in the community and state.
