myTEAM TRIUMPH Resolution 5K, 10K and 1 mile...

• 1 Mile Run / Walk:- Run 1 Mile
• 10K Run:- Run 6.2 Miles
• 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

Join us for the 4th Annual myTEAM TRIUMPH Resolution 5K, 10K and 1 mile! 

This walker and runner-friendly event supports myTEAM TRIUMPH and provides the majority of the funds needed to provide an awesome fitness experience for local individuals with disabilities.

The course is all in the park and on the LaCroix Trail, and is flat and fast.  Participants are timed, but no awards are given - we're all winners for starting 2017 on the right foot!  Finisher medals to all finishers. 

Participants will receive a gender-specific t-shirt in soft polyester.   Watch our website at www.mtt-semo.org and our face book page for more updates as they occur! 

Join us after the work-out for a special hot-lunch treat - chicken soup from Chick-fil-A and chili and rolls from Texas RoadHouse! 

Will you be out of town on New Year's day?  You can still support myTEAM TRIUMPH  and participate as a VIRTUAL participant!  Run or walk wherever you want when it fits your schedule, and we'll send you your bling!

Start time:  10 am

Course:  All within Arena Park and on the Osage Trail

Arrive early to celebrate the New Year with friends, and join us for a Run for God devotion at 9 am!  Stay after for Chick-fil-A Chicken soup and Texas RoadHouse chili and rolls!

Packet pick-up at the 4H building on December 31 between Noon and 3 pm and event morning from 8-9:30 am.  Watch for time details to follow!
