- The race takes place on historic Belvoir Scott’s Plantation and is a hand-wheeled 3.1 mile course. It begins and finishes on grass and includes wooded trails, hills, and a stretch of gravel lane. Runners will catch a view of the historic manor house once owned by Francis Scott Key’s grandparents, and will run by the location of a Revolutionary War campground and through beautiful wooded vistas. The course is challenging and exhilarating. Two water stops will be provide on the course as well as water and light snacks at the finish line.
