Description: The Abi Kattel Memorial Foundation is a charity not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization to support education & perform charity works. It has partnered with other charitable organizations, YMCA, and St. Ann Place (a homeless center), and Nepali community organization in Florida. The funds raised are used 100% for helping others.
This charity foundation is a spin off of a tragedy in the Kattel family when 22 year old Abi Kattel suddenly died. Your support to this organization in any shape or form will go a long way to the benefit of children and young adults in their learning life. This year the proceeds will go to help rebuild schools Nepal which was completely demolished by devastating earthquakes of April and May of 2015 and is in dire need of total reconstruction. And, support with scholarships to needy students.
So far, the Foundation has awarded 10 college scholarships and sent 22 kids to day camps at YMCA; annually, it feeds 200+ homeless people & conducts two blood drives.
