• Kids Dash:- Kids Run 50 Yards

"Faster than a speeding bullet" is the speed the SuperHero 5K is approaching. "More powerful than a locomotive" is the impact you or your team will have on Palm Beach County's Foster Children. "Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound" is how the excitement makes you feel at the SuperHero 5K!

The Superhero 5K Race & Fun Run/Family Day is a themed family friendly event created to raise awareness and support for foster children in our area. The 5K will be a timed race and include awards for the Male/Female Overall Winners, Male/Female Master Winners & Male/Female Grand Master Winners. In addition Age Group Awards will be given to the top 3 Male/Female in each 5 year age group. Everyone will receive a custom finisher’s medal. The event will be held at John Prince Park, Lake Worth at the Center Pavilion

• Registration & Sign In: 6:00 am
• DJ Carlos Leon & Orange Theory Fitness Lake Worth Warm Up: 7:00 am
• Pancake Breakfast: 7:00 - 11:00 am
• 5K Start Time: 7:30 am
  Walk Start Time:   7:30  am                                                                                                                
• Kids Dash Start Time: 9:00 am
• Raffle & Silent Auction: 10:00 am

Pancake Breakfast $5 begins at 7am.The Center Pavilion has tables and space for your group to enjoy a pancake breakfast over looking Lake Osbourne.

Activities for children include Spidey Climb, face painting, playground, bounce house, craft by Home Depot and more.
