Description
Individuals will be challeneged to successfully overcome ten obstacles. Individuals will have sixty seconds at each obstacle/setup to complete as many passes or repetitions as can be done.
Each successul pass or repetition will be worth one point.
Once all participants in an age group have finished a course of the five hardest obstacles will be set up for each person to run and attempt to acquire a bonus point!
