- Race Rain or Shine. 8K - 8:30 a.m., 5K -08:35 a.m. Official timing ends at 10 a.m. Both races start and end at the fountain on the square in Uptown Greenwood. Asphalt road and trail. Both races are out and back, mostly on converted railroad trail with the beginning and end on Main Street. Course is flat and should run fast. Early bird registration $25. Week of Registration $30. Groups of 10 or more $20.
