Now in our 3rd year, Temple Bat Yam (TBY) of East Fort Lauderdale is getting set for its annual “Today Builds Years” 5K Walk/Run on Sunday, February 5, 2017 at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park in Fort Lauderdale. The proceeds from this year’s fundraising event will benefit the TBY children’s learning center and our Mitzvah Day initiatives, which support charitable organizations such as:

• Covenant House
• HANDY
• H.O.M.E.S., Inc.
• Hope Family Shelter
• Humane Society
• JAFCO
• Kids in Distress
• Life Net 4 Families

In addition to exploring and embracing our Jewish heritage, we strive to enrich the lives of children and families of all faiths through community programs and services. The generosity we receive from our congregation and local businesses and individuals like you is what allow us to continue our efforts.
