Frosty 5K & Merry Mile...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 1 Mile Walk:- Run 1 Mile

We invite you to join us for the annual Frosty 5K and Merry Mile.  This is both a competitive 5K run/walk as well as a fun 1 mile course.  All proceeds support DICSA's Walk for Warmth fundraiser, which directly helps local seniors and families who have been negatively affected by the winter.  Please accompany us for this exciting event.

Event will take place at the:  Crystal Lake Senior Center

                                          700 Crystal Lake Blvd.

                                          Iron Mountain, MI  49801

5K - 10:00 a.m.

1 Mile - 10:05 a.m.

1 Mile Walk - $15.00/includes shirt

5K Run/Walk - $25.00/includes shirt

5K Run/Walk Team (Must have four participants) - $80.00/includes shirt

• All participants registered by January 27th will receive a long sleeved t-shirt.
• Chip timing by Superior Timing.
• Water & refreshments will be provided at the finish.
• Awards for division and overall winners.

Race packets will be available for pick up at the Crystal Lake Senior Center on:

• Friday, February 3, 2017 - 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday, February 4, 2017 - 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
