_ 2017 Tri For the Cure Arizona:
Swim:
• 400 meter, serpentine swim.
• Athletes go off one at a time, every 10 seconds.
• Swim down one pool length, duck under the lane line and swim back.
• Complete 8 laps.
Bike:
• Complete 2 laps of a 4 mile course, total 8 miles.
• A bike with gears is HIGHLY recommended for the new bike course.
Run:
• Run 2.4 miles on the Arizona Canal
