Join the Run to the Pub Training 5K/8K Program to help you get in shape while enjoying some great company! Our goal is to train for the Oak Forest Fleadh 5K on March 4th and the Shamrock Shuffle. The running group will meet every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. starting February 12th. Each training session will focus on running/walking and stretching. All fitness abilities are welcome and encouraged to participate. Runs will be held rain or shine! If we have inclement weather, we will still meet at the bar for your beverage and prizes!
