A free, fun, pointless, no-budget, competitive-if-you-want-it-to-be, completely unofficial & unaffiliated pair of races on rolling neighborhood roads in Howard County, Maryland. Expect little more than semi-marked 8K (4.971 mile) and 3K (1.864 mile) courses and a guy with a stopwatch. No fees, no shirts, no awards, no wimps, no whiners, minimal support.

Both races begin together at 12 noon.

Entry fee
Free! But you'll need to sign a waiver on race day.

Courses
Scenic, rolling out-and-back routes on lightly-traveled neighborhood roads. Marked, but likely with no course marshals.

Awards
None worth mentioning here.

Important notes
• You participate at your own risk and are 100% responsible for your own safety. This is a unofficial, unsponsored, unaffiliated non-event.
• There will be very little (if any) support out on the course. Be prepared to fend for yourself.
• The course is open to vehicular traffic.
• No on-site medical assistance is available.
• Running with personal listening devices, baby joggers, and/or dogs is not permitted.
