H.I.T. the Trail 5k Run/Walk

• H.I.T. the Trail 5k Run/Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

The Health Information Technology faculty at TCC are proud to announce our second annual HIT 5K Scholarship Run/Walk event, organized by the graduating HIT class of 2017. This event is both a student-led project in which students put to use their project management skills and a fundraising opportunity for the HIT scholarship fund.

All proceeds go directly to the HIT scholarship fund which provides assistance to students for college tuition, books, and national exam fees.

- This is a Chip Timed event

- T-shirts! (Unisex S-XL. No child sizes.)

- Awards/Ribbons- first three in each age group

- Liability waiver required (found on race website or at  http://www.tacomacc.edu/UserFiles/Servers/Server_6/File/academics/healthjusticeandhumanservicesdivision/H.I.T%20the%20Trail%205k%20Release.pdf )

• - Parking is free at TCC. Lot A is near the start/finish.
• - Please leave your furry friends (dogs) at home.
• - We won't have lockers available, so be mindful of what you bring.
• - Awards/Ribbons- first three in each age group
• - Raffle Tickets are being sold for Door prizes. Drawing to be held at 11:00am - Not required to be present to win. Must provide winning ticket stub to collect prize.
