Community Health Fair begins at 9:30 a.m. Community Health Fair consist of a FREE Vendor Fair with BMI screenings, Blood Pressure Screenings, Dental Check-ups, and MUCH, MUCH, MORE!

Registration Fees:

• Organization Registration: $10 per member Must have 10 or more members register at the same time; Organization registration fee does not include an event T-shirt; Organization members are encouraged to wear their organization’s shirt; Organization is not eligible for team awards
• Individual Registration: $20 per registrant
• Team Registration: $100 per team Must have 6 or less register at the same time. Includes event T-shirt for each team member; Team is eligible for team awards
