The purpose of the event is to help students eventually develop a regiment that will aid them in becoming healthier. Students will interact in a light warm up that will that they can take away from the event. They can complete the exercise when they are unable to dedicate time to run. Students will be able participate in a quarter mile run for a prize. Also, Students will engage in a 1 mile run to help them understand the level of endurance that is needed to effectively complete a mile run. Get Fit like a Pro will help students become healthy professionals.
