Paw Prints 5K Run/Walk...

• 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk:- Run 1 Mile

Location of event: Exact course location TBD, but it will be near the Burlington County Animal Shelter (35 Academy Dr, Westampton, NJ 08060)

Distances: 5K run, 5K walk and 1 mile fun walk

Time: 5K run and walk begin at 9:30 am, and 1 mile fun walk begins at 9:45 am, Race Day registration and packet pickup begins at 8 am (first 150 to register get a t-shirt & swag bag and all team members get a t-shirt & swag bag.

2017 Paw Prints 5K Run, 5K walk or 1 Mile Fun walk at Burlington County Animal Shelter on April 29th from 9:30 am -11 am.  This fun-filled event will start with a certified 5K road race/walk and a 1 mile fun walk.  All proceeds benefit Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter. Participants are welcomed to run or walk with their well-conditioned dogs.  All runners and walkers are encouraged to solicit pledges.  100% of the funds raised help shelter animals in our community. All are welcome to the post-race festival. Our 5th Annual Barb Feldstein Memorial Raining Cats & Dogs pet festival will feature free family fun. There will be a Kid Fun Zone, music, vendors, food and much more!  Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter is a 501(c) (3) private non-profit organization.  We enhance the lives of shelter animals and help them find homes. Registration amounts and dates: 5K run & walk: $30 early-bird registration until 3/17/17, $35 registration until 4/27/17 and $40 race day, 1 mile fun walk: $15 early-bird registration until 3/17/17, $20 registration until 4/27/17 and $25 race day

Award categories: Top Male and Female overall in 5k run, Top Male and Female with a dog overall in 5k run, Top 3 male and female in 5k run in the following age groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. Award ceremony at 11 am.

Post race refreshments. 

Additional info: This is a fundraising event with 100% of the proceeds going to homeless animals in Burlington County. All runners & walkers are encouraged to solicit pledges. Teams can be from 2 to 10 people.  Teams must raise a minimum of $250.
