This year brings new miles, new goals, new motivation. I am very excited to be involved with The Calumet Region Striders Nwi in coordinating the 100 mile club. It's going to be be a fun year! What is the 100 mile club? We all hit the pavement in training, for well being, for our own sanity, why not make it fun? Each month you will submit your monthly mileage which will then be posted on the Strider website in ranking with other club members. This year there will be fun activities, new prizes, and quarterly goals and recognition. Relay teams can consist of no more then 5 people.

How do you get started?

1. Become (if not already) a strider member by going to www.calstrider.org to sign up.
2. Each month you will submit your monthly miles via email (I will post reminders each month) to [email protected]
3. Have fun with our monthly challenges and of course, all your hard work will not go unnoticed - there will be bling.
4. Have a great running year!
