LECOM Run Through the Ranch 5K...

• 1 Mile Run:- Run 1 Mile

Run, Walk or Jog your way through the course with dental, medical, and pharmacy students. LECOM's Run through the Ranch 5K will be held on Saturday March 11, 2017 with Lakewood Ranch High School. The top overall male and female will receive a $75.00 gift card to use at Fit 2 Run.  The top 3 male and female competitors in each age group will receive placement medals. Registration fees include race entrance and a T-shirt.  Register before March 2, 2017, to guarantee a T-shirt in your size.

Event details and schedule

The registration table will be located near the start/finish line. Fit2Run will host a packet pick up party on March 9,2017 from 5-8 pm. Fit2Run is located in the UTC mall at 140 Suite 110, University Town Center Drive, Sarasota, Florida. Those who did not register or pick up their packets can do so at the registration table up to race time.  

The 5K race will start promptly at 8 am (please note: the 5K is walker friendly). The 1 mile walk will start at 8:30 am. Runners and walkers can help themselves to a post-race breakfast provided by our wonderful sponsors while they cool down and wait for the announcement of the winners of each division.   

There will be LECOM volunteers spread throughout the course to direct participants along with a water station at the 1.5 mile mark.

14 and under

15-19

20-29

30-39

40-49

50-59

60-60

70 and older

We will be handing out an award for the Male Overall winner and Female Overall winner.  Also, we will be awarding first, second, and third places in the above age groups.
