5th Annual Chocolate Run 5K

Statesboro's Sweetest Race!

Enjoy this 5K Run/Walk through the beautiful Georgia Southern University Campus in Statesboro.  As a reward for your participation in the race to raise money and awareness for the Open Hearts Community Mission, we will indulge you with some sweet treats and our race t-shirt.  Open Hearts Community Mission helps the homeless of Statesboro and Bulloch County with their immediate needs while providing resources to get them back on their feet.  All proceeds raise from this event will go towards the building of the OHCM shelter.  For more information about this organization go to http://ohcm.org/.

Cost to Run/Walk in Our 5K

ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 11:59 P.M. ON 2/17/17.  HOWEVER, YOU CAN REGISTER AT THE EVENT ON SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 25TH AT THE GSU RAC PAVILION.

Early Registration
$25 per registrant through 2/17/2017

Late & Race Day Registration
$30 per registrant after 2/17/2017*

1K Fun Run Registration
$10 per registrant before or after 2/17/2017

*T-Shirts for late and Race Day registrants will be available as supplies last.

Saturday, February 25, 2017
Registration begins at 7:00 a.m.  Race starts at 8:30 a.m.

Race will begin and end at the Georgia Southern University RAC Pavilion in Statesboro, GA.

1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards will be given for Overall Male, Female and Masters (40+).  Age group awards will be given to the top 1st and 2nd place male and female (10 and under; 11-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70 and over)
