Tuesday Nigh 5k Running Series - APRIL 12, 19, 26, MAY 10, 17, 24

Boulders favorite Spring tune-up series is ready to roll for 2011!  The DASH n' DINE 5k Series is a six race series that takes place at Coot Lake in Boulder, CO.  The Dash n' Dine is all about friends, fun, and a family atmosphere.  Where else can you have a nice mix of verteran, beginners, and seasoned professionals all racing together.  After each race you'll have a chance to relax, kick back with friends, and enjoy the post race West End Tavern at Tom Watson Park.  We'll have a very laid back award ceremony after each race featuring our home made soy wax candle awards. 

**BOLDER BOULDER QUALIFIERS!**

Each race serves as a Bolder Boulder Qualifier.  You can use your race time to qualify for one of the 21 waves.

TIME: ON-SITE REGISTRATION OPEN FROM 5:00-6:15PM
            DASH n DINE 5K STARTS AT 6:30PM
            POST RACE COOKOUT AT 7:15PM

DIRECTIONS TO TOM WATSON PARK
BOULDER:  Take 119 towards Longmont.  Take a left on 63rd and head north.  About a half mile down the road take a right on IBM Plant rd and then your first right into Tom Watson Park.  This is were the post race cookout will take place.  For race registration/start proceed across 63rd and look at the course map for the exact details.

DASH & DINE AWARDS AND SERIES POINTS

Along with the custom Without Limits Awards, We are very excited to have FLEET FEET Boulder on board as our official Award Partner. They have compiled a collection of great prizes for our age group & Series winners!

RACE AWARDS:  Prizes will be awarded for the top three males and females in the following age-groups; 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
SERIES AWARDS: Runners must complete a minimum of four races to be eligible for series prizes that will go 5 deep in 2 categories (Young Guns 39 and under, Masters 40+).  Awards will be given based on a point system. Points will be awarded to all finishers by the following amounts; 20, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.  All athletes that finish will receive one point.  Awards will be given to competitors with the highest point total. If more than 4 races are completed, your best 4 standings will be used. For example, if the athlete competes in 6 races, their best 4 point scores
will be added up and compared to other racers. The more times you race, the more
opportunities to post higher points.  In case of a tie we will do a 100 DASH during the final awards ceremony!
MOST IMPROVED AWARD:  This is by far our favorite award.  The Without Limits Staff will be exploring the results and watching the race to look for the athlete who improves the most over the 7 week strech.  On May 25th the most improved athlete award will be announced.
WITHOUT LIMITS EVENT CHARITY: Without Limits will be making a $1 donation to Remembering the Brave for each entrant during the series.  The Remembering the Brave Foundation is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization dedicated to preserving the memories of brave service members who made the ultimate sacrifice, and honoring their families in their time of enormous loss.
