Replace "can not" and "will not", with "will" and "gonna"..it's the way to a healthy heart, mind and body, and in the process shed some winter pounds and meet your health and fitness goals... let's get moving together!

USA Track and Field Certified 3.1 mile Route:  Start in High school parking lot across from Walmart; loop around to Middle School via access road to Middle School and back Finish Line celebration!!!!

Join other Halifax County residents run/walk 3.1 miles to promote a healthier Halifax County! Every step produces good breathing that strengthens the heart and keeps the mind sharp. Happy Feet truly benefits every “body” that participates. Stomp alarming statistics of heart disease, cancer, obesity, high blood pressure, chronic smoking that plague the County.

Awards will be presented for “Happiest Feet” creations (i.e., most creative in colorful socks, painted legs, attached bells, ribbons, balloons, or lights to brighten up your sneakers).

The Annual “Healthy Exercise Active Lifestyle” Award will be given to the company or team with most members showing their commitment to health and fitness.
