• Running Program:- Run Training

Our elementary running programs are built with your kids' needs the first priority. We will do lots of structured and unstructured running, play games, and learn the basics of warming up, stretching, nutrition, proper form, and making running fun. 

1st and 2nd Grade Girls & Boys - We will meet on Tuesdays after school until 3:30. Pick up will be on a sign-out basis in front of the school at 3:30. Season begins March 7th and will end on May 9th. Our goal will be to run the Teacher Trot 1 Miler on May 6th. Registration includes a shirt, water bottle and race registration. 

3rd - 5th Grade Girls & Boys - We will meet on Monday and Wednesday after school until 3:30. Pick up will be at the front of the school at 3:30. The season begins on March 6th and will end May 10th. Our goal is to run the EmergeOrtho 5k on April 29th and/or the Teacher Trot 5k/1 Miler on May 6th. Registration includes an Epic shirt, water bottle, and ONE end-of-season race registration.

Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing, athletic shoes, and water are required at all practices.
