Come join the Boise Area Runners (BAR) on April 21-23 at the McCall Outdoor Science School (MOSS) in McCall for a weekend of running, learning, and fun! Geared for beginning and experienced runners alike.

Our goal is to help you improve all aspects of your running. The conference features dynamic and interactive sessions covering:

Running Year Round

Racing Techniques

No run conference would be complete without a fun run and social time during and after the conference.

4-9:30 pm Check in/Dinner/Socialize

Saturday

7:30-8:15 - Early Morning Yoga

8:30-9:15 - Breakfast

9:25-10:00 - Injury Prevention and Treatment 

10:15-11:00 - Nutrition for Runners

11:15-12:00 - Running Year Round

12:00-1:30 - Lunch

1:45-2:15 - Racing Techniques or Running Form Breakout Sessions

2:20-2:50 - Dynamic Warm-ups

3:00-3:45 - Strength Training for Runners

4:00-4:30 - Destination Races/Bucket List Races

5:00-6:00 - Dinner

6:30-? - McCall Pub Run

Sunday

7:45-8:00 - Guided Warm-up

8:00-9:15 - 5k or 10k Fun Run

9:30-10:15 - Post-Race Breakfast

11:00 am Check out

When you sign up, be sure to indicate any dietary restrictions (vegetarian/vegan and/or gluten intolerance) or physical concerns. Located inside Ponderosa State Park, MOSS accommodations will be in bunkhouses. Bring your own bedding, linens and toiletries. MOSS will provide the bottom sheet.
