• 5k Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Welcome to the 6th Annual Fast Cat 5k/10k, hosted by the Plainfield North Boys Track and Field team. The Fast Cat 10k has been the first 10k to ever be held in the city of Plainfield, and will be run on a 2-loop flat, fast course.   Proceeds go to help support the Plainfield North track and field program.  All runners receive a custom designed technical running shirt.  Free mostociolli/bread meal served after the run.  Custom awards.  Gift cards to race winners.  Door prizes, music, etc.

Event details and schedule

6:30am- Race day registration begins

7:45am- KIDS RACE registration closes

8:00am- START- Kids 1-mile race

8:10am- 5k/10k/ registration closes

8:30am- START- 5k/10k

Awards will be held shortly after the conclusion of the 10k.  Post race party/ food. awards will be held in the PNHS Cafeteria.  

Race Day registration/ check in/ Packet Pick up will be in the PNHS main lobby near the circle drive.  Restrooms are available in the PNHS lobby.

Plenty of parking available at PNHS.

Early packet pick ups (highly encouraged) will be at Roadrunner Sports (2555 W. 75th Street, Naperville, IL 60540) on Thur, March 30 and  Fri, Mar 31 from 4-7pm.

Jog strollers are allowed.

Runners can change/transfer/ edit their registration until Wed, March 22.

Price increase:  Wed, March 22.

You can register online all the way up to THUR, MAR 30. (shirt not guaranteed after Mar 22 though)

Raceday registration will be available until 8:00am.

In addition to supporting the Plainfield North Track and Field team, a portion of the race proceeds will go to benefit a local charity to be determined.
