Move It For Manna 5K...

The 4th Annual Move It For Manna 5K Run/Walk is being held to increase hunger awareness, and to raise funds to benefit the Manna Food Pantry of Harrisburg, PA.  The race will follow the same course used in previous years.  Beginning in the quiet Borough of Penbrook, the primarily flat course winds through pleasant neighborhoods and includes a beautiful 1-mile stretch of the Capital Area Greenbelt.  There is one challenge hill at approximately the 2-1/2 mile mark, and a slight downhill leading you into the home stretch.  Lots of post-race refreshments and great door prizes!  

Race Day Registration will be open from 8:00 to 8:45 a.m.

All participants will receive a gift bag the day of the event.  Those registed by March 19th are guaranteed a race t-shirt.

Event details and schedule

Event will begin promptly at 9 a.m. and will be held rain or shine! Awards ceremony at 10:00.
