- The Quality Life Center and FGCU are partnering to host the first ever "Survive and Thrive 5k Obstacle Run/Walk"! This race will benefit the Quality Life Center Teen Program's trip to Washington, D.C.!
This event has something for everyone! From the serious athlete, to the walker... all are welcome! Participants can either choose to "Survive" or "Thrive"!
Survive participants- These are the more serious runners who just want to participate in a 5k! There is an option for chip timing! Please select this add-on during registration! The timing will be videotaped and synced online!
Thrive participants- Get ready for some good old fashioned fun! These participants will use their brains or their brawn to complete various obstacles along the race route! Think "Minute to Win It" meets "The Amazing Race".
*There are many incentives for participation including t-shirts, prizes, and an exclusive after party!*

The race will begin at FGCU's main campus loop at 8am.
On-site registration will begin at 7am.
There is a timed option for an additional $10!
There is also a discount for children to race!
