This will be a relaxed, yet competitive 5K race. At each half mile marker, each runner will have to stop and do a certain body weight movement. THERE WILL BE NO WEIGHTS INVOLVED. If they runner is not capable of doing the full body weight movement, they can do a scaled version, or just do the best they can. Yes, this is a race, but it is also for fun and fellowship. Within each race division there will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
