_ 2017 Bud Break 5K Run:
The 20th Annual Arboretum Bud Break 5K Run/Walk is a certified asphalt course that winds through scenic spring Arboretum landscapes, including challenging hills and rolling prairies. Medals will also be awarded for the top three men and women in each age bracket as well as the top three overall male and female runners.
Daffodil Dash Run/Walk
The Daffodil Dash is a shortened route from the Visitor Center to the Learning Center and back for kids ages 5-12. Medals will be awarded to all boys and girls in the Daffodil Dash.
Registration
Participants can register on the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum website. Race is limited to 650 participants. Early registration is strongly suggested as the event usually sells out.

New this year, we are offering a group rate for running clubs and groups. Visit the website to learn more.
RACE DAY SCHEDULE:
7:30 a.m.- Check-in & race-day registration begins, Oswald Visitor Center
9 a.m. - Bud Break 5K Run begins
9:05 a.m. - Bud Break 5K Walk begins
10 a.m. - Daffodil Dash begins
10:15 a.m. - Awards Ceremony and Bud Break Celebration on the Welcoming Terrace
