The Inaugural Sarasota Middle School Panther Prowl 5K takes place on a scenic, point-to-point course during the peak of Spring. It starts on the track at Sarasota Middle and, after a jaunt around the back of the campus, proceeds directly west on Ashton. Following a turnaround at McIntosh the course proceeds to a run around the campus of Ashton Elementary. You finish the race back where you started on the track of Sarasota Middle with music motivating you to cross the finish line. The event also includes post-race festivities complete with music, food and drinks. Every pre-registered participant will receive a dri-fit race shirt, and finisher's medals will be given out at the finish line.
