2nd Annual Fit 4 Life 5K Run/Walk...

• 5K Run/Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

Come to our 2nd Annual Fit for Life 5K at Crossfit at Monroe Mill in Monroe, GA.  Proceeds from the race will benefit Hands Of Hope. HOH is a non profit that provides services for individuals with special needs. HOH is converting Hammond Park into an integrated playground that everyone can play, catering to those with disabilities.

Event details and schedule

Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup: Begins at 7:30AM

5K: Starts at 8:30AM

Awards: Overall and Masters. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Awards: given to standard 5-year age groups.

Shirts and Goodies: Shirts are guaranteed to those who register by 4/13/17.  Those who register after that date and on race day are not guaranteed a shirt or size.  There will be plenty of refreshments.

Timing and Results: Finish line management and results provided by Classic Race Services with results posted to www.classicraceservices.com, www.active.com, www.runningintheusa.com and www.coolrunning.com.

Series Affiliation: The race is part of the 2017 Black Bag Race Series.

Other Info: In case of rain, the races will go on.  Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time.  If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time.  Sorry, no refunds.
