2017 m&m's theme:
Help us honor our marvelous and mighty students with special needs
and celebrate their individualities!
Join us for a walk/run through Metter’s Bloomin’ Historic District!!
“Another Bloomin’ 5K Run” helps impact the lives of students with disabilites in Candler County. Through proceeds earned by the race, our students in The Program for Exceptional Children have benifited in many ways. We have been able to provide enrichment opportunities for our students, purchase needed technology to help students succeed and provide educational resources for parents and much more.
After the race, enjoy a fun-filled day at the “Another Bloomin’ Festival” in downtown Metter. At the festival you will find lots to do such as browsing the booths of artisans from around the state, socializing, shopping, food, games and live entertainment all day long! This is a family-oriented event that pays homeage to the beauty of spring and the joy and celebration of Easter.
Please help support our students with special needs by entering the annual “Another Bloomin’ 5K” this year. You don’t have to run, many choose to walk. We also have a 1 mile fun run or walk, if interested. Price to participate includes both the 5K and the 1 mile.
We hope to see you at our annual event to support The Program for Exceptional Children on April 15th at the Candler County Board of Education complex.
Thank you for your support!
