A Unique Run with a Great Mission: To strengthen relationships among citizens of all cultures in our community.
Proceeds will be used to fund Character Education through the Community Foundation of East Alabama, provide Scholarships for students at Southern Union State Community College and to promote wellness and healthy lifestyles in the community.

RACE FEATURES
1 Mile Fun Run/Walk/Wheel
Closed loop starts and ends on paved 1 mile track at Sportsplex.
5K Run/Walk
Will begin at Sportsplex reach to Southern Union Campus and then finish at Sportsplex.
Stampede
It is a stampede, so wear your most unique outfit and get ready to make it 8 seconds on our mechanical bull!
Live Music, Food Vendors and Drawings
There will be live music after the races. Envision Opelika Foundation and Southern Union will be the food vendors. You are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs to partake in the festivities. No alcohol allowed.
T-Shirts: Guaranteed if registration received by Saturday, April 1, 2017. If registered after April 1st, you will receive T-shirts as supplies last, in sizes available.
Refund Policy: Refunds and transfers are not allowed.
Day of Race registration: Begins @ 4:00pm under “Registration Tent” at Opelika Sportsplex. Pre-registration is highly encouraged.
Packet Pick-ups: You may pick up your packets at Southern Union in the Health Sciences Parking lot on the corner of LaFayette and Fox Run on Friday, April 28th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm or the day of the race beginning at 4:00pm on Saturday, April 29th under the “Packet Pick Up Tent” at the Sportsplex.
*All race entry participants are eligible to win door prizes throughout the event, but they must be present to win.
