Please join the Daybreak Dragons Booster Club in sponsoring the 1st Annual Daybreak Dragons 5K Fun Run/Walk Event. Come one! Come all! Let's make this a Community Event, and fun for the whole family! This event helps our school kids experience the outdoors in an educational fun way, and gives our children the experience of a life time at Outdoor School. Awards for the 1st male & female, and the 1st 5 kids under 14. There will be a post-race festival that includes activities for all. Let's mkae this an annual event to remember!
The Daybreak Dragons 5K Fun Run/Walk is on Sunday, April 30, 2017. Race start time is 9:00 am at the Baseball Field. Day of Registrations are at 8:15 am at the Filbert Shelter in Lewisville Park by the baseball fields. The race and the post event festivities are from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Strollers and friendly pets welcomed. The course is slightly hilly. Participants will start at the baseball field, and circle the perimeter twice for a total of the 5K. Please make sure you dress comfortably, and for the weather/climate conditions for that day.
