Be The Match and Give A Spit are excited to host the 2017 Woodbridge Be The Match 5K that unites communities across Connecticut in support of helping patients in need of a bone marrow transplant. With your support in fundraising as an individual or team, you help more patients afford transplants, add potential marrow donors to the Be The Match Registry®, and make more life-saving research possible.

The Woodbridge Be The Match 5K Walk and Run and the Children’s Fun Run is an event for people of all ages and fitness levels. Take the first step by registering for the Woodbridge Be The Match 5K. Register by March 14th for Earlybird pricing.

The event will feature a Half Mile Children’s Fun Run, a 5K Walk and Run, food, entertainment, a raffle and silent auction, and a bone marrow donor swab drive. Onsite registration will begin at 8:00am, Children's Run begins at 9:45am, and the 5K will begin at 10:30am. Thom Jacobs of Paynes Corner Timing will be timing the event. Awards and prizes will be given out to top runners in each category and top fundraising teams.
