To be fully present and laser focused while running is not only challenging and highly rewarding , but can support you in generating consistent, satisfying performances and training sessions. At this Trail Running, Meditation and Yoga Retreat we'll combine mindful and guided meditation practices and yoga, and bring those practices to into our running, on some of the most pristine trails in Northern California. This retreat is designed to send your running (and your mind!) to the next level.
Though this retreat will take place at a Buddhist retreat center, this is NOT a Buddhist retreat. The location was chosen for its relaxing meditation and yoga spaces and remote running trails on a stunning property nestled in the coastal redwoods of Northern Californiathe perfect venue to create exciting breakthroughs in your running state-of-mind. Whether you are coming from out of town, or, you are local and wish to fully immerse yourself in the tranquility of the retreat weekend, various room packages are available.
Your Retreat will be taught by some of the most experienced professionals in their fields but you are not required to have any experience with trail specific running, meditation or yoga. All runners are welcome!
