Footsteps for Fertility 5k Idaho Falls...

Footsteps for Fertility Foundation is a charitable organization created to raise awareness surrounding infertility, and provide grants for those who require fertility treatments such as: In Vitro Fertilization, Frozen Embryo Transfer, and Intrauterine Insemination through donations and strategic partnerships with fertility clinics.

• Dr. Deirdre Conway from Idaho Fertility Center has donated her services for a cycle of IVF, in kind to the Footsteps for Fertility Foundation, to be awarded at the 5k race as a Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grant.
• In addition, monies raised at event will be awarded as a monetary Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grant (typically $5,ooo). 

The random selection process for the grants will take place directly following the 5K race. Each registrant will receive one complimentary ticket with their registration that may be entered for random selection to be awarded a Footsteps Grant for themselves, or for someone they are supporting at the event. Please share this with anyone you know who needs fertility treatments.

**Please note that everyone who will be applying to receive a Footsteps for Fertility Grant must attend the race and must also fill out the Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grant application. The application can be found at our website under the grants tab.**

Event details and schedule

The Idaho Falls Footsteps for Fertility Foundation 5K race will be held at Russell A. Freeman Memorial Park Idaho Falls, Idaho from 6pm to 8pm. The selection for Footsteps for Fertility Grants will take place after the race. All runners, walkers, sleep-ins, children, babies and other supporters are welcome to the festivities!

Grant applicant check-in and T-shirt pickup will be at Russell A. Freeman Memorial Park on race day from 5pm to 6pm  

$35 Early registration will end on 4/21/2017 at 11:59pm

$40 Late registration will begin on 4/22/2017 at 12:00am
