Lakeside's River Park Conservancy's 2017 San Diego River Run 5k will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017. We are revamping this year's event and moving the run to showcase a different part of the San Diego River Trail! The run will take place in the morning and will once again be sanctioned, with registration beginning at 7:00am, and the race beginning at 8:00am. Bring your family and friends and enjoy a run on the trail!

Please note, the bike rally portion has been removed this year due to pending weather and consideration of the health of the trail.

Event details and schedule

The San Diego River Run & Ride 5k will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Lakeside's River Park Conservancy's very own trail! Join us and see what's going on at the River Park!

Registration will begin at 7:00am and the race will start at 8:00am.

Parking Lot Entrance and Directions:
An approximate address for the San Diego River Run 5k and parking lot entrance is: 

10170 Channel Road, Lakeside, CA 92040

The entrance is located at the stoplight of Mapleview Street and Channel Road.

From the 67 North:
- Take the Winter Gardens Blvd exit and make a left onto Winter Gardens Blvd
- Turn right onto Industry Road
- At the three-way stop sign, turn left onto Channel Road
- At the stoplight for Mapleview Street, turn left into the parking lot to enter the dirt lot for parking.
