The Raider Rampage is a unique Obstacle Race set on the campus of Adairsville High School and created by the JROTC Tiger Battalion. The State and Nationally Raider Team members will be guiding (and competiting with) you through the course. You will face 3+ miles of varied terrain and 30+ obstacles

There are five races to enter each with a different degree of difficulty and competition level. Be prepared to get muddy, be prepared to get wet and be prepared to get challenged!

Event details and schedule

Important Information:

  • Registration begins at 8:00.
  • Bring a photo ID
  • No alcoholic beverages are allowed on campus
  • No grills are allowed on school grounds
  • You can check in your personal items (keys, wallet, purse, phone, etc) at the registration table to keep secure during the race. The fee will be $2.
  • Print a copy of the Race Rules and Obstacle Instructions and become familiar with obstacles and rules to prevent penalties.
  • If you are under 18 years of age your parent or guardian must sign the waiver form.
  • If you are registering a team, identify a team captain and a team name. It is recommended teams register together and check in together. 
  • The day of the race go to the registration table and check in. If you have not turned in your liability form you must before the race.
  • At the registration table, you will receive a bib and a wrist band.
  • Awards will be given to the top 3 in the Male Elite Race and Female Elite Race.
  • All Little Raider Romp racers will receive a small award.


Registration the Day of the Event 

  • Registration will end once 300 people have registered. Also, once a race is full, that race will no longer be available. If the race is not full the day of the race, registration will continue until the event has reached capacity.
  • It is highly recommended that you pre-register.


Start times:

      9:00a – Male Elite
      9:30a – Female Elite
     10:00a – Team Challenge (first 10 teams)
     10:30a – Team Challenge (second 10 teams)
     11:00a – Open Challenge (first wave of 50 runners)
     11:30a – Open Challenge (second wave of 50 runners)
     12:00p – Little Raider Romp (subject to change)


What to bring:

  • Photo ID
  • Signed waiver form unless you have turned it in prior
  • Cash for food, race merchandise, bag check in, etc
  • If you registered as a team, go to registration table with all team members. If a team has less than five members you will have to race in a different race.

Recommended Items:

  • Recommended footwear is shoes that can drain water. It is not recommended that you wear boots that don't drain. An old pair of running shoes would be ideal, just watch your step on the rough, uneven terrain.
  • You should not have any personal items with you during your race.
  • Bring a bag to put your personal items in during the race and check it in at the registration table before your race.
  • Bring a change of clothes and a towel. There will be outside water hoses to rinse off and a large restroom area to change clothes.
  • Feel free to bring chairs and tents but do not bring any grills. Concessions will be open.
