11th Annual CLC Run For the Son 5K, Fun Run and Tot Trot...

• 1 Mile Run:- Run 1 Mile
• 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles

Join us for the 11th Annual Run for the Son 5K, Fun Run and Tot Trot to benefit the Gilmer Christian Learning Center in Ellijay, GA.

The course is fairly flat and fast and runs through beautiful downtown Ellijay.

Event details and schedule

Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup: Begins at 7AM

Fun Run: Starts at 8AM

Tot Trot: Starts at 8:15AM

5K: Starts at 8:30AM

Awards: Overall Male and Female, Masters Male and Female, and top three M/F in standard 5-year age groups.

Timing and Results: Finish line management and results provided by Classic Race Services with results posted to www.classicraceservices.com, www.active.com, www.runningintheusa.com and www.coolrunning.com.

Shirts and Goodies: Short sleeve cotton t-shirts will be guaranteed to all pre-registered participants registered by 04/28/17.  Those who register after that date and on race day are not guaranteed a shirt or size.  There will be plenty of refreshments and color!

Series Affiliation: The race is part of the 2017 Black Bag Race Series.

Other Info: In case of rain, the races will go on.  Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time.  If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time.  Sorry, no refunds.
