• 5k Training Program!:- 3.1 Miles Run Training

Do you want to run a 5k and don't know where to start? Used to run and want to start again?

If so, National Running Center is here to help and would love for you to train with us!

We are starting a program for beginners designed to prepare participants for their first 5k! 
No pace is too slow and everyone, no matter age or ability, is encouraged to participate!

We will practice on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with an optional run on Monday to become familiar with the 5k course! 

**This will be a non-competitive group in a supportive and encouraging environment perfect for those who are just getting into running or re-entering the sport!**
