Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s 6th annual Run for the Sea will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017 in Juno Beach. The event features a four-mile run for adults and a fun one-mile run for kids on a course that will take runners around our Center, just a breeze away from the ocean. After the race there will be a celebration of ocean and sea turtle conservation, fun for the entire family. All proceeds of the event will benefit Loggerhead Marinelife Center's mission.

Loggerhead Marinelife Center is a unique 501(C)3 non-profit organization dedicated to ocean conservation efforts specifically through education, research, and rehabilitation. The center is adjacent to one of the most important sea turtle nesting beaches in the world, allowing us to monitor nearly 10 miles of beach to further research. LMC offers free admission and educates over 300,000 visitors annually on our continued mission; to promote conservation of Florida’s coastal ecosystems with a special focus on threatened and endangered sea turtles.
